Look at off-topic, and search for "DIVx-crap..."
I had similiar problems compiling a divx. But your problem
with TMPGEnc and BMPs is unknown. Did you select
all frames at once?
I just pick the first frame of the animation as
"video source", if I've got audio, also pick and audio-source,
then I head into "Setting" on the lower right and set the size,
datarate etc, or simply load a presaved one (like one
especially for the newsgroups).
I set the Output, and hit "Start".
You also need to know that for TMPGEnc to encode to
divx, you'll need to head to "File" -> "Output to File" -> "AVI",
and then you can select divx and set it up.
Hope that helps,
Tim
